This 537,000 square foot corporate campus, formerly the Global Research Headquarters of Polaroid Corporation, is located on 56 acres of wooded land in Waltham, Massachusetts. It is well situated just off Route 128 at the Cambridge Reservoir and is one of the last major corporate campus development opportunities in one of the most desirable locations in suburban Boston.

Our development plan is to create a world-class $300 million office/research campus on the site, which has potential for the development of significant additional square footage. The property was purchased in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors. Our first phase, a 451,000 square foot Class A office building, is currently under construction at 920-940 Winter Street with completion scheduled for Fall, 2006.
