Formerly the corporate headquarters of PE Corporation, the property includes two Class A office buildings (50 and 64 Danbury Road) totaling 265,000 square feet on 33 acres of land. The property is located in the heart of the Fairfield County market, in an area with very high barriers to entry.

The Company purchased the property from PE Corporation in May 2000 for $26.2 million. Both properties have been redeveloped into Class A office buildings. In addition, we permitted the site, which involved a rezoning, for the development of an additional 225,000 square feet in two buildings (40 and 60 Danbury Road). The existing buildings are now 100% leased to five tenants including American International Group (AIG) to serve as the headquarters of its Financial Products Division, D.L. Ryan, and Alea Insurance.
