Mr. Consoli is responsible for oversight of the financial operations of the firm including accounting, finance, taxes, IT, insurance and financial reporting. He has 25 years of real estate experience in accounting, finance and operations in multiple asset classes including office, retail, multifamily, and hotel. In addition, Mr. Consoli has been involved in over $3 billion of capital transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations. Prior to joining The Davis Companies, he served as Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President of Finance, and COO during his 14-year career at Northland Investment Corp., a $2 billion diversified real estate operating company. Prior to joining Northland, he was Corporate Controller at Spaulding & Slye, a regional, full-service, and commercial real estate firm. Mr. Consoli has a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.
