Mr. Frey has overall responsibility for the Company's Investor Relations, helps lead TDC's investment activity in the New York tri-state area, and is a member of the Company's Investment Committee. Prior to joining TDC, Mr. Frey was the founder and Managing Partner at Baypoint Group LLC, where he partnered with emerging real estate managers to establish investment strategies, target and execute transactions and raise institutional capital. Prior to Baypoint, he was a Vice President at AEW Capital Management, L.P., where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions in the firm's opportunity funds group. Over his career he has been involved in over $1.2 billion of real estate transactions in Canada and the U.S. in all major property types. He has also worked with numerous institutional investors on their real estate strategies, and while at AEW was instrumental in raising over $400 million of institutional capital. He is a member of PREA and the Urban Land Institute ("ULI"), and serves on the board of the North Shore CDC, a non-profit affordable home developer in Massachusetts. Mr. Frey graduated from the Engineering School at Cornell University, is a LEED Accredited Professional and licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts.
