Management Team

Mr. Warshaw directs the firm's investment and development activities. He previously served for 12 years as Vice President of The Druker Company, Ltd. Reviewing and analyzing potential acquisitions and developments, and supervising the development, redevelopment and repositioning of a variety of assets, with a specialty in complicated urban, mixed-use development projects. Prior to joining Druker, Mr. Warshaw practiced for six years as a corporate and real estate attorney at Lesser & Kaplin in Philadelphia and Jennings, Engstrand & Henrikson in San Diego. He has a B.A. degree from Yale University and J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
