Rickie Golden

Vice President, Development

As a Vice President, Development, Rickie focuses on planning, permitting and development for several Boston development projects.  Most recently, Rickie was the President of JECSP, a spin-off company of Corcoran Jennison Companies, where she created/sourced three potential off-market, complex, large-scale projects in Boston, totaling $3 billion and 230 acres.  Prior to Corcoran, Golden worked for Continental Ventures Realty in New York and for The Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Rickie holds a Master in Design Studies, Real Estate Development from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania.  Rickie is a member of the Alumni Council of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard, is Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Responsible Property Investment Council, a member of the Board of Directors of The American City Coalition and holds a variety of leadership positions at CJP.  She has lectured and spoken on panels at Harvard College, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Boston College, Boston University Law School, The Boston Society of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.
