At Charles River Plaza, MGH leases 56% of the site from Davis as their premier research site, Richard B. Simches Research Center and Matthew also manages the remaining 44% of the site that is Owned and occupied by MGH as Clinical space. Administrative occupancies with outside retail anchor tenants include: Whole Foods Market, Bank of America, CVS and Flour Café.
