As a Senior Associate in Asset Management, Nhung is responsible for financial analysis, leasing, repositioning, and dispositions across hospitality, retail, and office properties, ensuring optimal asset performance. With a strategic, proactive approach, she develops and implements asset management strategies that drive portfolio value.
With over 12 years of industry experience, Nhung began her career in investment management on the buy-side at Fidelity and Eaton Vance, focusing on REITs, gaming, and lodging companies. This foundational experience provided her with a strong framework in financial analysis and investment principles. She transitioned to direct real estate on the principal side, most recently at Bridge Investments, where she focused on office assets in Boston and Washington, D.C. Notably, in 2022, she secured a 20,000 SF, 11-year lease agreement with a new tenant, earning the CoStar Impact Award.
Nhung graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics and minoring in Anthropology. Beyond her professional role, she is actively engaged in charitable initiatives, supporting organizations such as Seed Global Health and Winter Walk, demonstrating a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
