Michael Griffin Joins The Davis Companies’ Investment Team

Boston– The Davis Companies announced that Michael Griffin has joined its Investment Team as a Senior Associate, reporting to Quentin Reynolds, Managing Director of Investments.

In this role, he will be responsible for originating and underwriting investment and development opportunities for the company’s value-add investment funds.

Griffin most recently worked for Westbrook Partners, where he originated and analyzed on- and off-market real estate transactions across all asset classes in the United States, including a $17.5 million flex-office building and a $70 million mezzanine loan. He was also engaged in all asset management activities for Westbrook’s Boston-area investments including, but not limited to, development, entitlement, property management, leasing and financing.

Griffin previously was an Account Executive at SevOne, where he co-led the company’s outside sales team for the New England region. He also held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at SevOne. Prior to SevOne, he worked as an Analyst at Bain Capital Ventures.

Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American Studies from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
