Multifamily investment was Davis’ primary focus at the company’s inception in 1976. Over the years, our residential investment strategy has expanded to include new construction, repositioning of failed residential development projects, development of single-family subdivisions and the purchase of troubled loan portfolios. In total, Davis has participated in the investment, ownership and development of more than 14,124 residential units across the United States.
