As Vice President in Asset Management for Davis, Katie is responsible for financial analyses and monitoring the operations of assets, in addition to assisting with the underwriting, due diligence, closing, and selling processes. Katie specializes in the rapidly growing life science and high intellectual capital workplaces sector, with a focus on value-add investments.
Prior to Davis, Katie worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in a real estate valuation and advisory role serving REITs and real estate private equity clients with a variety of property types, both domestic and internationally located. Katie passed Levels I and II of the CFA program in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Katie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a minor in Actuarial Science, where she was also a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team.
Additionally, Katie is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (The International Business Honor Society).
