As President and Chief Investment Officer, Quentin oversees Davis’ investment management business and platform expansion, including strategy formation, strategic partnerships, and fund management across the firm’s growing platform. He works in tandem with CEO Stephen Davis to continue driving the growth of Davis’ institutional investment platform.
Quentin chairs the Investment Committee for each of the active funds and shares responsibility for setting investment strategies, overseeing fund-level portfolio construction, and overall risk management.
Prior to joining Davis, Quentin spent more than 15 years in real estate finance and investment management at Silverpeak and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition, financing and management of opportunistic real estate investments across a broad array of markets, property types and capital structures.
Quentin joined Davis in 2013 and has led the firm’s investment team during the investment periods for Funds II through V, serving as CIO since 2020. Quentin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School.
