The Davis Companies Appoints Pam Adamian as Senior Vice President of Asset Management

CRE Expert Joins TDC’s Team to Manage Legacy Office Portfolio in Massachusetts

BOSTON – August 31, 2015 – The Davis Companies (TDC) today announced the appointment of Pamela Adamian as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Adamian brings 24 years of experience in asset management and a strong track record of successfully driving financial performance and value creation on a national scale and across a variety of asset classes.

As Senior Vice President, Adamian will be a strategic member of the asset management team, applying her broad expertise in maximizing value within TDC’s growing portfolio. Adamian will also be primarily responsible for overseeing the financial performance, leasing and capital improvement plans for TDC’s Massachusetts-based legacy office assets, including 200 High Street in Boston, 2067 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge and 830 & 850 Boylston Street in Brookline.

“Pam has demonstrated the ability to not only understand and manage assets, but she has a terrific reputation and track record with joint venture partners,” said The Davis Companies President Richard McCready. “Pam’s collaborative spirit and creative approach to solving complex challenges in multiple asset classes provides great value to our growing team. We are thrilled to welcome her.”

Most recently, Adamian served as Vice President of Asset Management for New Boston Fund, where she was responsible for developing and implementing reporting standards and policies, as well as for the financial performance of the firm’s substantial multifamily portfolio. She has worked directly in office and multifamily asset management since starting her career in 1991 as a real estate analyst for John Hancock Properties. Adamian excelled quickly in that role, managing the company’s acquisitions and dispositions before going on to master asset management roles at Hunneman Investment Management, New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, and TA Associates Realty prior to joining New Boston Fund and now TDC.

Adamian has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management, where she graduated with honors.

She is active in the real estate community as a member of CREW Boston, NAIOP, the National Apartment Association, and the National Multi Housing Council.

Adamian attended MIT’s Center for Real Estate Professional Development Institute to become certified in Real Estate Portfolio Management and Evaluating Real Estate Markets. She is also a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor with the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
