The Streets of Cranberry, an open-air shopping center located in Cranberry, just north of Pittsburgh on Route 19, is set to host three new tenants in 2022.

“Adding these new and exciting retailers to our Streets of Cranberry portfolio allows us to provide more dining and entertainment options than ever before,” Marty Sweeney, senior vice president of M&J Wilkow, the property manager of Streets of Cranberry, said. “Along with these three developments, we’re in conversations with a few retailers that will help highlight our patio renovation from 2021. These investments have been necessary steps in creating a sustainable shopping center that serves the whole region.”

Two new eateries are set to open, with Pittsburgh newcomer, Clean Eatz, which describes itself as providing a “lifestyle approach” to healthy eating, taking the space between Firehouse Subs and the UPS Store. Clean Eatz supplies weekly meal plan options, which patrons choose from a variety of options and pick up at the store. The retailer also offers cafe-style dine-in options. It will open on Feb. 14, 2022.

Clean Eatz is planning to open five locations in the Pittsburgh area.“I am excited about the concept. We offer a healthy, affordable and convenient option for a broad range of consumers,” Franchise Owner Darryl Duncan said. “My goal in bringing this concept to Pittsburgh was to make a difference in people’s lives – that can come in the form of healthy heating options, but also in the context of being affordable and convenient. We offer a well-balanced meal that is more affordable than most fast food.”

Condado Tacos, with three other locations in the South Hills, Lawrenceville and Downtown, and with another coming to East Liberty, will also be opening in The Streets of Cranberry. It will be taking the space next to Rally House. An opening date was not released.

The Streets of Cranberry will be undergoing renovations to accommodate one of the new tenants, Big Blue Swim School, a swim school chain for babies and children. It will be located within three storefronts next to Chicos. One of the storefronts is currently occupied by a Yankee Candle store, which is set to move to the space between Mathew Jewelers and Cabinet World. An opening date for Big Blue Swim School has yet to be released.
